Delete your Airace account

Request permanent deletion of your Airace account and the personal data associated with it. Export any survey projects you need before continuing. Account deletion removes access to Airace services.

What deletion covers

Permanent deletion covers your account profile, name, email address, phone number, sign-in credentials and receiver/device associations. Active access tokens and sessions must be revoked, and future authenticated synchronisation must stop.

Where stored in Airace cloud services, your personal projects, survey points, lines, polygons, codes, notes, photos, attachments, synced data and cloud backups must be included in processing. Shared organisation records require an ownership and retention review before deletion can be completed.

Copies exported to your device, external storage or another person are outside the account-deletion service. Remove those separately if you no longer need them.

Retained records and timing

Records needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes may require separate retention. The applicable retained records and expected completion time must be displayed before a request can be confirmed.

The production retention schedule and permanent cloud-erasure process are still being finalised. Until those are verified, online deletion is unavailable and this page will not accept a request or report that an account has been deleted.

Verification and final confirmation

When available, verify ownership with a code sent to the email address already attached to your account. Review the deletion details, then give a separate final confirmation. Keep the request reference to track progress. Pending requests can be cancelled before processing begins. Deletion cannot be undone after processing.

A completion email is sent only after deletion completes. If you need help accessing your registered email, contact support@airace.in; sending an email does not itself submit a deletion request.
